Organization Features

All Events at a Glance

Keep a full overview of your upcoming and past events – all in one central place. The event lifecycle guides you from draft to invitation dispatch, seating plan generation and final dispatch. Status indicators, ticket overview and quick access to your next event are visible right on the dashboard without searching.

Intuitive Event Planning

Create new events in just a few steps: title, date, time, course structure and registration deadline. The course timeline is calculated automatically from the start time and travel time between households – any change updates it instantly. After the first invitation is sent, core fields are locked to maintain consistency with already-sent invitations.

Efficient Household Management

Manage all host households centrally as master data in your account. Address, capacity and owners are entered once and are available for all your events – no re-entering required. Existing lists can be imported directly via CSV or Excel. For each event you decide which households should be assigned as active hosts and how much capacity is available.

Participants & Relations

Manage your guest list in one place and assign participants flexibly to different events – new contacts can be added quickly via CSV or Excel import. Define together relationships (couples and groups are assigned to the same host in every course) and avoid relationships (certain people are never assigned to the same host in any course) – the algorithm respects both with high priority. Dietary restrictions are also taken into account during seating plan generation and are displayed to hosts on their personal host page.

No guesswork. No spreadsheets. Just generate the plan.

Our algorithm resolves all dependencies in seconds – automatically taking into account:

  • Course structure and household capacities
  • Belong-together pairs – couples and groups always seated together
  • Avoid pairs – unwanted combinations are separated
  • Dietary restrictions and food intolerances
  • Maximum mixing – everyone meets as many new people as possible
  • Historical repeat avoidance – pairings from past events are taken into account
  • Bring-your-own distribution across courses
  • Route optimization between households
